Crock Pot Paleo Salsa Chicken

Crock Pot recipes and chicken go so well together because when cooked in a slow cooker, chicken stays soft and moist-y, just how it should be! This next chicken salsa Paleo recipe we’re about to tell you about is great for a dinner after gym or after work. It takes around 7 hours to cook that’s why you can put it in the Crock Pot in the morning and eat it for dinner – it’s perfect!

Crock Pot Paleo Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • One 16 Oz Jar of Salsa
  • 1/3 Cup of Water
  • 1 & ½ Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • ½ Tbsp Dried Cilantro
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tbsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:

First put the chicken at the bottom of your slow cooker, add the salsa, water and the spices. Mix it carefully so the spices are spread all over the chicken and that’s it! Cook on low for about 6-7 hours and you’re ready to go!

As you can see this recipe is as easy as it gets and the only hard part is that it takes a lot of time to prepare, so you always have to think ahead before making it.
