Crock Pot Whole 30 Cabbage Chicken Soup

Crock Pot Whole 30 Cabbage Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts
  • ½ Head of Cabbage
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Celery Stalks (Chopped)
  • ¾ Cup Carrots (Chopped)
  • ½ Cup Zucchini (Chopped)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (Small, Diced)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • ½ Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:

Put some olive oil in the Crock Pot and add the chicken breasts. Add the chopped up celery, carrots, zucchini, onion and garlic. Then add the basil, oregano, some salt and pepper and finally the chicken broth.

Cook the soup on high for about 2 hours and then chop the cabbage and add it in the Crock Pot. Cook it on high for another 2 hours and then it’s done!
